1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
- Products with stains, damage, or signs of wear will not be accepted.

- Customized or altered products
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale

- Share your order details, reason for return, and product images (if damaged/defective).
- Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after the product passes quality inspection.
- Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5. Exchange
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
6. Damaged or Wrong Product
- Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- Eligible for full refund or replacement.
