We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the guidelines below for returns and refunds on suit sets, sharara sets, and top & bottom sets.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
  • Products with stains, damage, or signs of wear will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or altered products
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale

  • Share your order details, reason for return, and product images (if damaged/defective).
  • Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after the product passes quality inspection.
  • Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Exchange

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

6. Damaged or Wrong Product

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  • Eligible for full refund or replacement.
